Cancellation policy for the restaurant & hotel
Reservation Conditions for the Restaurant De Librije:
You can cancel free of charge up to 2 days before the reserved date. After this period, we are forced to charge cancellation costs. We apply the following cancellation costs for full and partial cancellation in accordance with the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH):
– from 2 days before the reservation date: €50.00 per person;
– from 1 day before the reservation date and in case of no show: €100.00 per person
We charge these costs from 10:00 on the day that the cancellation period starts. If we can make a new reservation, we will not charge cancellation costs. If desired, we can move your reservation once free of charge.
Reservation Conditions for Librije’s Hotel:
Below you will find the conditions that apply in case of cancellation. The amounts and percentages shown must be paid by you.
a. More than 1 month before the start date: no cancellation fees.
b. More than 14 days before the start date: 15% of the reservation value.
c. More than 7 days before the start date: 35% of the reservation value.
d. More than 3 days before the start date: 60% of the reservation value.
e. More than 24 hours before the start date: 85% of the reservation value.
f. 24 hours or less before the start date: 100% of the reservation value.
If you book the non-refundable rate:
When booking our non-refundable rate, different cancellation conditions apply. If you book this favorable rate, you must pay the reservation amount immediately by credit card. Cancellations or changes to the reservation are not possible with this rate.
